Tim Bradshaw brings extensive expertise to Mills Appraisal Group as a senior appraiser. With a CRA P. App. designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada and a B.Sc. degree from the University of Victoria, Tim possesses a strong academic background complemented by years of practical experience.
Over the past 16 years, Tim has excelled in completing a diverse array of residential appraisals and insurance replacement cost appraisals across southern Vancouver Island. His meticulous attention to detail and thorough understanding of local real estate markets ensure that clients receive accurate and reliable valuation reports tailored to their specific needs.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Tim prioritizes spending quality time with his family. As a devoted father, he actively coaches his two children in soccer, emphasizing the importance of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. Tim’s commitment to excellence extends beyond the appraisal industry, reflecting his dedication to both his career and his personal life.
